I'm a District Fitness Manager for 24 Hour Fitness...I have all the North Bay clubs. Just like you take your Suby to the Professional mechanics for the serious work, you should all think about hiring one of our trainers...but make sure they have their National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification. That cert is the pinnacle of all National Certifications. You get a trainer with that cert and you will get as ripped as you want to be...no joke.
