well then the wagon is like saying, "hey i bought a mazda 3 and wanted to make it look good" i think theyll both be on the same level actually. the new body style will have a harder time capturing the "rally spirit" like the bugeye, blobeye, and eagleeye fronts did. it just looks too refined and mature to be mean.

that being said; no 4pots and new exhaust route ftl. not to mention a whole bunch of other parts that wont transfer over...

 

or is it a wagon... wagon = 5 door hatchback = 3 door?

 

Hopefully the STi hatch will look more aggressive. Imagine that plus WRC body parts + widebody. Just like the '06, the WRC car looked a lot nicer.

 

Im betting the 2008 STi will look d0pe! It will be a hatch, aggressive and a wing on the back

well mazda3 or not.. it still looks better than the pignose. (eagle eye? don't give it that respect)

 

Grill still needs some work, but looks better than the other pics we've seen. I don't really like the tails though. Too flashy for me. Would like to see something meaner. Other than that... looks good. Wish they kept the wagon though. You can never have too much trunk space.

edit: lol as i read the previous mazda3 posts...at least it doesnt have the mazda3 prius nose bulge.
but the grill arc is too dished and perfectly radius...it needs two kinks in it like a normal grill line.
