the front end still annoys me.

they should have stuck with the 04-05 body style a tad longer.

I'm gonna get that and a strip of LED's for the rear window *or* to somehow integrate into that spoiler... that would be so hot...

Unhappy *Less* horsepower?

What I don't get is this: why does the limited have 293hp instead of the standard 300hp? I realize 7hp is negligible, but what are they doing different with this one to have less horespower? I'm getting my info from the popup off the main Subaru site, or here if it's easier: http://www.subaru.com/sub/misc/2007/sti/index.html, then click "Civilized, not compromised".

I really, really, *really* like the idea of limited colors, though (even if the 2 colors available are lame: 'Satin White Pearl' and 'Urban Grey Metallic'). I've never understood why, starting in '05, there were more WRX colors (by one) than STi colors... Not that the "cherry red" (read: pink) STi color would look good on "San Remo Red", but still. I think how Scion does their limited "Release Series" runs with a special color and option set is interesting. Thoughts?

It didn't lose any power.

7hp is coming from the new rating system that ALL car manufacturers adhere to now. It now includes losses from accessories like power steering, etc. to generate the figure of 293hp vs. 300.
