Well being that this IS the bay area forum, I don't think we will run into TOO many issues. We can have someone manage all of it - take orders for the spoilers and paint colors and then they recieve all of the spoilers and they take all of them to the paint place. At that point, people would then pick up their spoiler, and depending if people want to drill their own trunks or not, maybe a group install deal or we can get someone who knows what they are doing dedicate a day and help people out with their cars?

I want one but I'm not willing to go through the hassle or spend the money
I B broke. I don't understand why they didn't make them in all the current subaru colors. If you have an STI Limited then you already have the spoiler so there is no need to buy another one. Who's the bukkake sponge that decided to only paint them in silver and white?

Since the STI Limited only comes in white and grey, Subaru only tells the spoiler company that they want white and grey spoilers. It helps keep production costs down, since the supplier doesn't have to have several different colors of paint on hand, and reduces the possibility of a part being mis-packaged because you only have to keep track of two colors. BTW, Subaru sells the spoilers not as an add-on for cars that don't have them, but to replace the ones that get crunched in a rear-end collision (or for those guys who have experienced extreme oversteer
).Just be happy that a white spoiler is an option. Could you imagine the hassle of trying to repaint one if they only came in black or red?

i understand your point, but when they make the parts for the car builds they only worry about the colors they need to make the cars.
my cars PSM, I'm in the same boat.
If paint is an issue, you could always hunt down a Mines CF one for $650
