i think the only reason why gruppe-s was doing fine before was because of Mike. now that hes gone, no one goes there anymore

Your right though, GST & LIC are great shops.

I have never met him so I can't state an opinion, i'll take your word for it....

Any shop that can manage to lose a pair of cylinder heads is off my list lol

wow, that sucks to hear man. How did you pay for the wheels the second time? The only reason I've ever heard for having to wait for a refund is if it was paid for by check and the check has to clear before you get your money back, or if you have to be sent a check from the headquarters (for gruppe-s, that'd be what, the other side of the lobby?)

my friend ordered the helix DNA coilover from them before, and it took almost a year to get it. gruppe-s keep saying the item its in the custom and all that crap, and just keep saying next month, and next month. totally took almost a year till my friend finally got them.

gruppe-s never had a good customer service, when you walk in to the room. all the workers there just doing their own thing. if you dont walk in and ask for help, no one would even come out to talk to you.

then what was so hard for them to at that moment, go over to the credit card machine, push "credit/void" then "1-credit" and then follow the simple on screen instructions? friggin retards. theres no reason to make the customer wait. You refund their money and then deal with your supply to cancel the order
