When I first had my car serviced there for something minor the guy in charge of the service department (I think) told me hed get me a full car detail and a free oil change if I filled out the survey for SOA positively, so they are a **bit corrupt. But the guy that I bought the car from was cool, I got the best deal around.

I wish people would finally stop going there! Aren't there enough posts on this forum to steer anyone with an ounce of common sense away from these idiots? There's isn't just a few posts about this... There are about a thousand from hundreds of unique users who have all had horrible dealings with this crappy place.

My question to you people is: Why do you still go there? Are you that lazy to go to Carlsen, etc? I guess you asked for it if you still chose to go there after all of our warnings. It's not like we posted all those warnings up just because we were bored... we posted them so that people would know not to go there... So why still go!?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

If you go to Stevens Creek and you get screwed over, it's your own fault for not listening to the wisdom of previous victims.

i agree it was my fault and i hold myself totally responsible for going there. i was lazy to go to carlsen and capitol did not have a ride back to santa clara at that time.

From what I have seen, its most Subaru service departments and SOA that is the main problem. Stevens Creek just pushes it a little further.

You really need to look into the Lemon laws.... I believe if a dealership holds your car for over 30 days for repairs you can sue for the value of your car. You need to talk to a lawyer, NO SHOP SHOULD TAKE MORE THAN 30 DAYS FOR A PROJECT.

BTW i hate steven's creek, they even have the audacity to harrass me on the phone. I had this one guy call me almost begging me to bring my car in for a service check. I told him No like 10 times, and He didn't seem to understand. So i told him that steven's creek was full of money-hungry retards who don't know **** about thier own product. Then prompted him that Carlsen Subaru in Redwood City will be taking all my business.

-infinity to steven's creek
+1billion to Carlsen.

well tomorrow never comes because as soon as it turns 1201 it is now today and tomorrow remains tomorrow.
They are not smart enough to think like that though.

Hell yeah...get all your money back...and go buy an sti at Capitol with a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRAYNTY!!!! on NEW OR USED!!! Subaru or NON-subaru...cant beat that!!!

-freddie

ps. I remember back in the day people would make a drive to Santa cruz (still a great dealer imho) to buy a wrx or sti just for the free lifetime oil changes....why not make a drive to San Jose for lifetime powertrain???
