+1 Auto HQ

Let me just say that Auto HQ really helped me out today in more ways than one

I intended on going there simply for my rear two fenders to be rolled and also to lower my coilovers a little bit more. Unfortunately, the previous installation had been horrendously botched (much to my disbelief) but Kevin at Auto HQ fixed everything.

On top of that, one of my coilover's springs was 20mm longer, but again, Kevin helped me out with a temporary resolution.

All in all Auto Head Quarters really helped me out with a terrible previous installation and also were really nice people. +1 for Kevin with his extensive knowledge +1 for Ballz being so nice and +1 for the 19 yr old mechanic (forgot his name) who was hella chill

Yeah, I would have to say with much satisfaction but also with much regret (regarding all the poor work I've seen), that in my short time at AutoHQ I saw a lot of bad work done by do-it-yourself-ers or by other shops, people bring that bad work done elsewhere to AHQ for Kevin to fix. I was always glad that AutoHQ is there to help people but also really unsatisfied that the need exists in the first place.

I first came to AutoHQ as a customer for the same reason, another shop did all their work on my car very badly.

You would think that people would have some pride, and that they wouldn't do a job if they didn't do it right, but when it boils down to paying the bills, I guess some people do what they have to do to save a dollar or make a dollar. (Don't ask for specifics, and I'm not trash talking every other shop, because I have not seen bad work from every other shop).

As for me, I'd rather park my car for months, saving the money to get something done right the first time, than get the quickest or cheapest crappy solution.

Good business is about trust and taking care of people. You can trust a few things at AutoHQ. And among those things are these:
Kevin will find whatever is wrong or, more often, just suboptimal with your car.
Kevin will fix it correctly.
You cannot go wrong picking your Subaru mechanic if you go to AutoHQ.

Thank you very much for the kind words. We have seen many cars where aftermarket parts are not installed correctly. We here at AutoHq do try to have every ones cars rolling out of our shop the best they can be. Kevin just says he is doing his job!

+12345

I took my 1999 Prelude in for servicing a while back for major 90K tune-up. Brandon while he was there kept me updated on every step and PLUS +12345 to Kevin who answered all my dads questions.

Let AHQ do it right the first time!!
