i bet the 08 people are gonna be pissed . 40hp bump. i would be pissed. i am glad i got my 06 though cuz i think the 08-09 whatever are ugly.

the red stiching in the seating would be cool


the moonroof though. that means no track days cuz lots of the time they have a no sunroof no moon roof rule... i think bgut im pretty sure

 

They need it for the speed3 and ralliart.

i've been seeing alot of speed3's lately.

 

That is a pretty sizeable jump in power. Wonder how they are going to do it? Will it be a different turbo, tuning, compression, boost, cams, what?

 

I actually have yet to see a speed3 on the road. Haven't gotten to see one in action.

But damn, competition is getting tough nowadays. I guess Mitsubishi finally has an answer to the WRX. But I don't think it'll do that well, cause EVERYONE wants that EVO badge. Anything less, will make them feel inferior. At least the STI shares the same WRX badge still. 40 HP, not bad, that is if the price range still remains reasonable.

I'd be sooo pissed if I had just bought an 08 WRX... that's a pretty significant power difference..

The WRX should have been 250 hp since it came Stateside.

 

So, is STI going to get bump up on power too? MY08 wrx is just too ugly. It's not growing on me like the pass models.

Probably because they look exactly like every other Mazda3 on the road. I think the only difference is just the rear badging and the small reardeck spoiler.

Well then it's a good thing only like 20 people have bought the 08 model lol
