i would buy something else with that kind of money but of the two. AMg all the way. Way more classy and BALLIN LOokin. Slap some 20's, limo tint and you got yourself one mean puppy!

Keep in mind with the Audi's typically inherent stupid mechanical problems. Unless you are lucky to get one without, I would consider the E55. both my fav car. However, I would get the RS4 if you can find one for a decent price. My mom has a E-Class, and it's really comfortable but a bit on the heavy side.

 

audi, too many people have E55. rare, looks better, E55 looks boring and lazy even though its faster.

the merc wont disolve into a puddle of oil and good in the driveway like the audi will. ask Mad Ra88it, our driveway is toast

 

cuz it's too damn expensive to get more power out of it.
RS6 and E55 can get decent power with just a re-tune/chip.

 

That M5 is sweet, super low mileage but the color is not quite as stealth as the other two....lol
