Yea miles are kinda hi but it's ok. No more new cars for me cuz i cant stand the depreciation hit.

Keep in mind with the Audi's typically inherent stupid mechanical problems. Unless you are lucky to get one without, I would consider the E55. both my fav car. However, I would get the RS4 if you can find one for a decent price. My mom has a E-Class, and it's really comfortable but a bit on the heavy side.

cuz it's too damn expensive to get more power out of it.
RS6 and E55 can get decent power with just a re-tune/chip.

That M5 is sweet, super low mileage but the color is not quite as stealth as the other two....lol
