Haven't added on to this in a while. recently took the wing off my car. filled in the holes with some rubber spacers from lows. pretty hard finding the right size needed for them. Plasti Dipped the Rims white and finally did the oil change. tax returns come soon hopefully cause then i will be purchasing coils. any brand you could recommend? and also if anyone is selling a Catback Exhaust i am looking to purchase one! my stock one is too quiet and i want that signature rumble :/

do you need coilovers? It's all going to depend on application.

What are your plans with coilovers? That'll help with recommending something. Look in the classifieds section for exhaust.

I have dspecs with rce yellows and they drop my car pretty good while keeping a good ride. The group n tops arent forgiving over bumps but you learn your special route over the freeways.

If you want comfort i would go with a good spring/strut combo.
Since dspecs arent around maybe do a koni insert on your stock housings.

Doesn't work like that.

My car is lowered till the control arms are flat. Not near flush. But they are ****ty on the road because they're track coils. But on the track or a smooth mtn road. They're killer.

You can't have both. You're going to bounce like a caddy or you're gonna bounce like a girl her first time in bed.

I'd go with Scoobywax's suggestion.

There are some koni ground controls on the forums. You could give those a shot depending on the spring rates.

Im about 1 inch lower in front and .7 in the rear. Running 295front 275 rear i believe are the rates to my yellows. Any lower and you would want to just switch to coils and then you pretty much throw NVH concerns out the window.....

The ground controls would give you minor height adjustability too.
You arent going to lay frame with them but they will serve the purpose of closing up the rest of the wheel gap.
