I just downloaded this application and was playing around with this on the track. I've read that its pretty accurate but I was pretty surprised at my 0-60mph in 3.13 seconds
Does anybody else have this app? Post your times if you do!

They were claimed pretty accurate compared to the other devices, but could just be a ploy to get u to pay $13. I was planning on getting it as well.
Did you position/attach the iphone to a stable mount? Could be that the accelerometer was thrown off. If so, your STI is t3h fast!

Yeah, it seemed stable and dont think it moved at all, I put in in the cup holder behind the e-brake. I dumped the clutch and rev-limited 1st and 2nd, got a 1.85 60ft.
Yep you need to have your phone completed stable. Needs to be in a special clip or mount. Used it on my pops outback xt automatic launching it by revving it up. Did it before and after tune. After the tune I was amazed to rip off a 4.1 sec 0-60 after running steady 6's before. So I tried again, 2.5, and then a 1.9 0-60!
The truth was although my dads car was much faster from ed's tune, it gained so much low end it will now burn out so the phone just wouldn't stay steady even lying in the cupholders, the same way doing it before, and lodged numerous ways.
If you did that 0-60 you must have done a burnout and not lifted much during shifts. Did it really feel like you did it that quickly.
On a side note do you think the window mount is the most accurate way?

The phone is super sensitive. I found out when I was at a stoplight turned green and this lady started to honk at me. So I turned the corner and I was trying to hurry for her and dropped the iPhone in the cupholder behind the ebrake and took hoof. Not surprisingly got crazy results....My wagon pulled 4.18 at 0-60mph. It also calculated my car had 1776HP! I don't have that crazy mods to get these results. Just a turbo back exhaust really.

Is 3.13 not realistic? I'll mount it next time.

So I just looked up Edmunds.com and they say stock 04 STi 0-60 is 4.8. I'm a n00b at 0-60 times so I dont know how much extra power/launching is needed to get down to 3.xx seconds.
