I don't know but from what I understand if you are in the top 2 you dont have to pay to show the car. I would like to kno what that money is going to though? It does seam odd to pay to show your can when people vote for it. The $20 is nothing so it's not a big deal lol

i will more then likely close car show ticket sales on the 31st to allow me time to e-mail all participants for a copy of there mod list but roo is mailing out the car show slips with tickets so this could change

Because the car show is only a added side show for this event. This event is not a car show it's a meet with venders and food and raffle ect and has been a way to raise money for a charity. The 15 bucks prepay or 20 at the door pays for your food entertainment such and for the site. It is not cheap to put theses meets on. Dont know if you have ever come in the past but this one is going to have killer food like ribs and tri tip i believe where as in past was burgers and dogs. But past meets were also cheaper to get in. This year we tooke a vote kind of to say we would pay more to have a killer location and roo and his wife and crew are doing this for us. The car show was added in the past mainly for fun but this year they are doing prizes and such. And please by no means don't take this as I am *****ing at you. Just trying to explain why you have to pay for meet or car show if you bought into car show. A LOT goes into planning and some don't realize the cost to just plain rent a place then add the cost of meat and side dishes and drinks plus more. The vendors thankfully we have a killer group of them take the hardest hit for all of us to enjoy the day and for once a year 20 bucks is nothing especially when you can go eat fast food for that price.

Big props to roo and his wife and the venders for stepping up this year because if they didn't there wouldn't have been a bam xi pretty much.
