hmmmmmmm AT&T charged me around 260 dollars in one month for text messaging when i already signed up for there unlimited text messaging service for 19.99 per month service. I only paid 150 dollars and then they also wanted to charge me for early termination fee. Coz i went to their corporate store and they said i wouldn't get charged for termination fees. At the end i paid 150 dollars for the service that i did sign up but they said i never called dem. So i just switched over to Metro PCS unlimited plan 50 dollars per month plus tax. No worries for me now.

haha.

I work for att and all I can say is that every company is the same. Only because you haven't experienced it doesn't mean someone else didn't. If I'm wrong and "your" company is better than why is there competion? att makes mistakes and often times those mistakes are because an employee was trying to make a sale and customer care has no idea what that person did. that is where the time comes in.

If you don't want cell phone service problems.. don't have a cell phone....

or go to chinatown!

**** iphones and **** att!

If anyone wants to buy 4gb iphone let me know.
Back in January they had some EDGE problems and -- at least for Gophone users -- managed to remove the unlimited data plan from a bunch of accounts. I called them up after a few weeks and after a bit of conversation confirmed that's what happened.

In the end I have my iPhone back on T-Mobile (which I'd always intended anyway). I agree with the other posters that I don't think any one company is without service problems. I have a probably irrational notion that I trust the Germans (T-Mobile) modestly more in terms of corporate ethics, but that doesn't have anything to do with routine customer service.

dude I had one of these, well I should say I had five of these....

I am a heavy internet and email user because of work and I froze/crashed these things once a month, 2 were completely FUBAR...

They are great "dumb phones" but dont have the memory necessary to run as a smart phone. eventually Verizon gave me my money back and a free pearl (also put me month to month, Hoorays for no contracts!!)

LOL too funny.

Was kinda my own fault. Had planned on using txt msging to stay in touch with girlie and others back home but once I got out there found it didn't work. Could receive but not send any txts out. So I used voice. $1000 later... sigh. AT&T did knock off $150 but it's basically my own fault, I knew the charges.

Anyone want to buy $850 worth of useless car parts?
