i want to do a new turbo upgrade. nothing to hardcore but, i am interested in a ball bearing turbo. i want a lot of hp but not to much lag. i want a smooth pull all the way til redline. i am just wandering whether to get the td05 16g, aps ball bearing, or the vf39. i have an 02 wrx. i will put bigger injectors, fuel pump, etc. i have an fmic, an i want to tune it for 91/100 octane. thanks.

 

If ur gonna go with mitsubishi turbo go with the big 16g or 18g by forced performance... they are oiled and water cooled... they are great products.... i have an 18g on the way.. i tested vf34... 39 and the 18g... the 18g pushes more boost and can be used for a block if u keep building your car... the vf39 will cut out and loose boost as u hit higher rpms near redline, and the big 16g and 18g will not. You can find these turbos for a good price... let me know if ur gonna get 1 ill give u the # where i got mine!
