N/a 98 legacy outback turbo conversion

i have a 98 outback 2.5 and wanting to know what parts i should get to convert it to a turbo .. such as parts upgrades and so forth ...............thanks in advance

Not sure if you want to do this I did some research already. Best option is to buy a JDM turnkey motor or rebuild your motor with some sti internals and get different heads. If you do a rebuild I am pretty sure your gonna need a custom ECU.

Heres a DIY for making your own turbo kit. The ej25d engine can only take 6psi of boost safely..

or just save up a couple thousand for A full wrx or sti swap

For me I would just save up you get get a decent JDM block with trans for around $8k ~ $10K
