All I have done to my WRX is an AEM CAI and a TurboXS catback exhaust. I was wondering if I cold put bigger fuel injectors and a bigger fuel pump in just for the hell of it. Is this a bad idea?

Yes, without something to tell the computer you're running more fuel you will run rich (=crap) and may have problems idling, bogging, etc.
