There is NO Silencer to the stock BPV itself. The Silencer you are referrring to is the one in the front right wheel well.

Exactly, besides switching to an atmospheric valve will probably cause a lot of drivability issues (rich between shifts, could idle like crap).

SARD R2D2 for the sexy psshhh, but for perforamce wise, stick with the stock BOV until you start boosting higher psi.

u paid 380??? daaaammmmnnnn... you could get a used one shipped to HI for less than $200
