Anyone have any info on how I can make my 98 Impreza L the baddest **** on the road?(Without spending a whole lot of money, I mean I work at Office Max for God's sake...lol)

 

Not much you can do for cheap. Try a stock WRX TD04 with stock headers, catless uppipe, good turboback, stock WRX intercooler and injectors and you can make 225+ at the flywheel with shoestring engine management. Shouldn't cost more than $1800-2000 total for that. Suspension wise, anything that fits a GC fits your car. Best budget solution is Eibachs on KYB AGX with a second hand WRX sway bar in the rear and an antilift kit in the front. You can do all that for less than a grand.
