Post your mods from this past Tune

I wanted to start this thread so others could have a feel of what to expect from XXX mods on a Hawaii dyno. This will show there is no irrefutable best out there. Since we seem to have the question of "What is the best xxx for xxx" all the time.

2005 Sti 13,xxx miles (Cheveron gas):
-Deadbolt Zilla TD06 18G w/full port and polish on the hot and cold side and ceramic coating for hot and cold side
-Deutches Werks 650cc injectors
-JDM TGV deletes
-Walboro fuel pump
-Gruppe-s header
-Gruppe-s lightned crank pulley
-TurboXs TBE
-TurboXS FMIC w shorty intake
-TurboXS DTEC
-Cobb AP

Put down 326Hp and 340Tq

Brent and Jimi post your 18G mods if you dont mind I would like to see a comparison of the 3.

I think it'd be a good idea to start 'classifying' mod posts into separate threads... then it becomes a good resource for research. To contribute.. here is this past weekends 18G data... pretty interesting...

Brent - Blue - FP 18G
Jimi - Red - Blousch 18G
Jess - Green - Deadbolt 18G

interesting to see when full boost hits on the 3 different turbos

Granted that "other mods" will have had a hand in the performance of the turbos, but it's still interesting to see.

Looks like it's a trade off.....HP for Torque. But it all reality there's so many variances in mods, brand of mods, etc... so it makes it so difficult to truly compare. Somebody (I think it was either Elway or Mike) brought up a nice point on Sunday. It would be nice to dyno a stock WRX and a stock STi at Rads to see what a baseline stock pull would look like.

Here is mine...

2004 Sti: 69K Miles
Coscto Premium 92 Octane (Aloha Gas)
Stock bypass valve
Forced Performance 18g TD06-SL2 Turbo, no port, no polish, no coatings applied. 7cm, 2.4"
850cc JECS injectors (Cleaned and flow tested by Deatschwerks)
TGV Deletes
Phenolic TGV Spacers
Walbro Fuel pump
GTSpec V2 Header/Up-Pipe (No wrap or coating)
Cobb Catted DP w/3" flange modification
Greddy Evo2 Catback
APS/WBR hybrid FMIC (APS DR725 Piping with a WBR core)
APS 65mm CAI
TurboXS DTEC
Cobb AP
Exedy Stg1 and ACT Lightened Flywheel
Cobb Lightened Crank Pulley

Put down: 314hp and 362ft-lbs

I wonder what kind of numbers I would have posted with my old 3.5" APS TBE...Brad got some really good numbers with it, but I don't think it was all because of the exhaust...he has some nice supporting mods to enhance his numbers.

BTW: My main objective was to get good numbers while at the same time having a very stealthy exhaust note...the combination of the Cobb catted dp and Greddy EVO2 catback really impressed me. My car is very quiet...much more so than a non-catted dp/EVO2 combo...which most people think is already quiet...

Burt,

thanks for superimposing the 3 characteristic curves of the turbos...it makes analyzing much more clear...

Since the dyno runs have REAL first names.. i need those too
I know on the first tune, Me, Stacey, Troy and Shawn all had 5 speeds. On the second tune, You can check Mike's numbers too.
