I'm not going to get into specific cases. Some guys have tried to help out other people here, some people actually call out that people are needlessly being *******s, and then they get ripped apart when they try to fire back in kind becuase they're not professional E-*******s.
I'm not saying this board is going to be "happy-fun time" 24-7 and that we're not going to call people on stuff, but you know what I'm talking about when I say that a lot of us take it to the extreme in berating people, following them around, etc. All I'm asking is that people be reasonable, understand that new guys are sometimes going to have dumb questions, and we should at least make efforts to help them. I'm tired of the racist ****, I'm tired of the n00bie ****, etc. Some of the new guys that have tried to become a part of the community and help other people get ripped on because of something they're not even associated with, and that's cool? **** that.
Now, if someone posts up, ignores valid advice and then posts about problems later, is he going to get "i told you so" from half the people on the board? Sure. But if everyone slags him off int he first place or makes fun of him or he sees 9 people with big post counts who are theoretically veterans give him ****ty advice as a joke, how is he going to know?

besides the tech thread, and vladi hazing how is it any different now then ever before? As long as i've been on iclub people have constantly tried to get a rise out of the newbies, then the ones who can't take it leave... the ones who can stick around and realize that no one really cares they are more just doing what they do to get a rise out of you... I got it, Furley... Then we have the ones like snotr0d who bring it upon themselves and deserve it
