Every time I push down the clutch pedal I hear a distinct squeaking sound and every time I move around in my seat I hear a little more noise coming from my seat I'm guessing when they installed the amp underneath my seat they didn't re-grease the seat brackets or w/e

Any help or suggestions guys? What to use and or how.

Mine does the same thing, I always thought it was the clutch pedal cause it only made the sound when pressing it in then one day I noticed putting pressure on the left side corner of the seat it made the sound , but anyway don't know ow to fix it either. Hope someone does cause its kinda annoying.
