Anything older than 6 months can't be changed. Kinda bad since there's a few long running items (years, not months) that are constantly being updated.

It doesn't.

I understand that if you need something updated, you can PM Bob (speedlimit) and he can update it for you.

Hey guys,

I've reset the time limit to edit to unlimited temporarily, however, it will need to be set back to 30 days at some point. Unlimited time to edit can result in multi-year threads that VB cannot index nor search properly. The content in the classifieds is a valuable reference for the entire community. In most cases you can add another reply to your thread and then when it gets cluttered copy and past into a new one. For other reasons simply PM a moderator who can help. Thanks.
