Wrx oil mobile 1?

Hey friends, i have a wrx and i did the switch to full syn around 10k ago. Im taking the suby to the dealer for a free oil change tommaro, and i was wondering what kind of moblie 1 to use.

Currently im running 5w-30, (new car formula) After my wrx was parked for about 4 days, i turned her on and the car sounded weird for the first 10 seconds when it was idleing, the exhaust note and engine sounded louder and abnormal.

My dad heard it and recommend me using 10w-30 because its thicker more protection he said, But today i went to pepboys and saw that Mobile1 had 15w-30(Performance driving formula) on the back it said for super/turbo charged cars amature race cars.

Heres my dilema, im running utec stg2 and im going to get my car dyno tuned for my mods. I know changeing the oil helps to put out more hp but i want to know which oil would be best.

I live in sunny california, as for the temperture its hot, i know tempture has something to do with oil grades. also next to the mobile 1 was ROYAL PURPLE syn. Its really expensive too, is it worth it? or should i stick with mobile1

Thank you please help me out, I need to buy the oil tommaro!
