Question Does anyone else have these wires hanging?

Please forgive the size and blurriness, a Polaroid was all I had available...

I was tucking in my foglight switch wire when I noticed all these open plugs. There is an open white end, an open black one and the two green ones that appear to be disconnected. Can anyone tell me what they are? Should they be connected? Are they for some option I don't have? It is a WRX Wagon with A/T in case that means anything.

It is in the area above the kickpanel, behind the fuse holder (I actually hide the foglight switch in there).

Thank you for any help. :-)

Yup, they are for dealer/factory diagnostics only and have no use to us. Leave 'em be.

We can actually use those for something, resetting the ecu. Look on MRT's webpage, it has instructions.
