Anyone else have these shoes?

I bought these driving shoes a couple of weeks ago-
i was just wondering if anyone else has the same shoe - cuz my feet always get super hot at the bottom- not sure if its just me or. . . the shoe design itself

uhhhh, shoes, oh yeah
Those invisible shoes make my feet hot too. Especially when the ground is hot and I can't find them.

I basically have the same shoes. Mine are the race cat's, they are the high top version. I have noticed the bottoms of my feet arfe a little hotter than the rest of my foot on warm days. Hmmm, the one thing I know, the sole is very thin, and growing up on Kauai and later Maui as a kid, the pavement gets pretty hot there. The thin soles get heated on the tarmac, and your feet are working hard on the pedals, I bet alot of heat/energy is not lost but insulted by the leather. (conduction&friction=heat)

my $.02

Love em'
Only time I didn't like them at a track day was when it was raining=soggyfeet
I needed the showercap booties to wear over them when I was in the paddock.
High wrestling cut has never bothered me, a little warmer I suppose. They were intended for cart racing if I am correct.

hey gdogg. i got and wear the pilotis. you can see mine at the scca event this weekend. the piloti DTM pro 3-2 is way better than the Rallye Pro 6-2. yep, i bought both and the DTM is awesome, while the Rallye sucks. the rallye was also too stiff on the sole while the DTM is just right for me and no hot feet. i walk the dog with them sometimes and they are awesome. the pilotis are supposed to be based on the soccer adidas sambas, the fit is a little bigger than the samba as a good fitting 11 samba would be the same as a 10.5-10.75 ish piloti.

They do make a 14 but only in limited colors. I got a 13 in black but they were to small. Took them back to Nordstrom and ordered a 14 but they only had the blue...which are pretty sick actually!
