How's it going my friend?
I know you only have 20000 but if you can come up with 8000 more I will let go of my ESX Stage 4.The car has 6500 miles on it and it is in mint condition. This car will smoke the new EVO and should do the same to the STI.
The new STI is going to sell for 35000 to 36000 and that is without the dealer mark up.You can't get an EVO for less than 35000.
If you are at all interested, you can check out my ad in the cars for sale under REX1 or if you have any questions feel free to call me at 310 542 2124.I'm in California also in the Redondo Beach area so if you want too see it in person or drive it just let me know.
Thanks,
Rex1
P.S.This is no ordinary WRX

Hello Eddie,
I have a 02 WRX Sedan, silver, 5 spd., with wing. I have the transferable extended warrantee to 80K from Subaru. Almost totally stock other than STI short throw.(dealer installed) Whiteline adjustable r/sway bar, and w/line 22mm front bar., cartboy rear drop links. These items dont make it to harsh but do cut down on the body roll. I have very good studded snow tires mounted on my stock 16" wheels. (HAKKA'S) unbelievable snow tire. I have 17" Rottas with Toyo Proxes 225x45x17 (50%)
The car has been babied since new, and has had redline syn every 3000 without fail. All services and tlc from the day we bought it. I use this car on a daily basis, for my business which requires me to drive approx. 200miles a day. Almost 90% is at 60 mph from Grass Valley to Oroville, Ca. . The car has 60k miles but looks and drives like new!!
I am retired and 60 yrs old, Cant just sit around so I started a Real Estate Trustee Service Co, and now I am back to work.
You can take it to the local Subaru dealer and ask them if there is anything wrong with it.
My Wife wants an automatic, I guess were getting old!
Asking 18k, OBO.
You will absolutely love the WRX, it is one of the best cars I have ever owned.
Pm me if your interested, Jerry C

Thats good guys. But I'm kind of looking for a deal. I've been quoted 22,300 for a brand new 2003 WRX at the Roseville Automall. So I am expecting about 18 or 19 with about less than 10,000 miles on it. And since the 2004's are coming out with the face lift, I don't want to waste too much money on the old WRX. THanks. I'm not being mean. I'm just not rich. Sorry. ^.^

good luck finding a used rex at that price with that amount of miles. i haven't seen too many WRX's out there with low miles. i'm just fortunate to only work about 3 miles from my home. i'll hit you up after the weekend.

take care,
ryan

And 02 with 65k is NOT worth 18k. I have seen a few great WRXs with the factor mods (boost, short shift, etc) with 20k or so going for as low as 17.

Nick; Its 60k mi, and OBO, if your interested make me an offer. I met a guy today that just bought an 02 for $11K. Had a slight problem, it was totalled by the Ins Co.
I will think about any offer.

Well, I ended up buying a New 2003 WRX, BLACK. From the Roseville Automall. It was only 21,600 so it wasn't bad. People were offering their old wrx's for that price. Yup. YAY.
