Here's the official word...hope this can be of some assistance...
In the official procedure they use a puller bolt and these are the final steps. If you need the previous or subsequent steps let me know.

You pay $20 and you get 72 hours to download anything you possibly can. I got the tech manual for my WRX and I happened to pick up a copy of the wheel bearing installation manual which is where I got the picture I posted.
Its a pain in the @ss to collect a complete manual because they post it one page at a time, but the price is right.

... and once again with the new bearing and hub.
The first two pics do not show the inner seal installed.
BTW
New Hub ~ $116
New Bearing ~ $50
Inner and outer seals ~ $13
Machinist service to pull old and press new bearing - $35
Experience... priceless?! I think not! That **** cost me 2 hundo.
