White Smoke during heavy acceleration
so i just just put on the Perrin catback exhaust on my '11 STi and attempted to install an older model STi DP but was too short. after re-installing everything i noticed i was getting turbo whine and a white hazy smoke under hard acceleration and pulled over to check it out and noticed the wastegate wasnt tightened down. i retightened that and got rid of the turbo whine but still have smoke. i thought it was a coolant problem but i dont have that sweet smell you normally get when burning coolant.
Does anyone have an idea what my problem might be i would really appreciate the help.

yeah thats what i thought i found out that the v-clamp holding the s pipe to the mid pipe snapped the clamp on the left rear boot for the differential and dumped a bunch of grease/ oil on the exhaust so thats all fixed now. thanks for the suggestion though
