The closer to Sunnyvale the better.

I still have some of that in my fridge. Different, I'll say that. A spice creamy beer.....took a few to get used to it.

What's amazing about Singha is not so much the taste but the alcohol content. I found some Kellerweis at a store here in Reno last night and introduced my brother and fam to it. Found out there's a bar/pub here in town dedicated to Sierra! Gonna track it down tonight.

Just found it: http://www.sierrataphouse.com/ Holy sweetness, a reason to visit Reno besides family.

I took the Sam Adams tour while I was in Boston last month. There`s free sampling of various beers there, so if you`re in Boston that`s got to be on your list.

Last time I was in Boston I was 20. I will be going back though because I love that city. Sam Adams tour and a trip to the real Cheers are on the agenda.

I saw the Rogue Dead Guy Ale at the local *** Hill Foods. I also discovered that there is a BevMo mere miles from me

Needless to say, I'll be trying some Rogue soon (even though I'm trying to do my part to stimulate the CA economy by buying tons of Stone and Sierra Nevada).

Oh, and I guess the diet is off Rob?

Yeah I have had some other Rogue (dont remember which ones though) that my friend gave me one night. I haven't had a bad one yet.

The diet is still semi-on... haha I've been working out but I love beer and good wine... I can't help it.

I had never heard of Sierra's Blonde, Pilsner, Pale Bock, or the brown Saison. Mmmm... Beeeeeeer..

Note all the dogs there - pretty sweet. The whole Riverwalk area was really nice I have to admit.

My pale ale and the lilikoi wheat came out nice, but I am sad to say I have made my first beer I do not like - the Kölsch. Something is not right with it - tastes like it has a high tannin level, is darker than it should be, and didn't seem to carbonate well. The ale is soooooo good though, which is odd, since I used the same amount og hops as last time when it seemed too hoppy (didn't strain it into the fermenter). It's so good, I am really happy with it. The wheat, meh, but my wife likes it and that is what it was for.

I don't think I've heard of those either. There is a bar in Monterey that has 7 Sierras on tap as well. Unfortunately it's a wannabe club is I cannot stand the staff/atmosphere/patrons
