Car Info: A limousine with a chauffer
Cold Air Intake: These are bad. Here is a thread discussing this issue: Clicky Clickerton

Questions: See if the previous owner has the service records for the car. This will give you an idea of whether or not the car has had it's schedule oil changes and such. Once you get the car, you can create an accout at http://my.subaru.com and have an electronic record of anything SOA knows about for the car.

Has the owner had the cruise control recall taken care of?

Has the newest recall, that for the drivers seat bolt been taken care of?

Other than that you should be pretty cool. Just make sure you give the car a good drive. And make sure the car is being sold WITH warranty - you've still got 1 year/~18,000 miles left.

Good luck

I forgot about the clutch shudder thing. There is a service bulletin out there covering the repair for clutch shudder.

Its a blast, still learning the clutch though as its been awhile since I've driven a manual but am plenty determined.

I've posted questions about driving a WRX in general if ya have time to take a peak.

Love the site, even more now that i've joind the cult.

Thanks for the help

Driving the WRX smoothly (a manual anyway) takes a while to get down, but you'll get it. Have fun with it, man, and be safe. The car has a lot of power and it might catch you off gaurd
