blowload (coilovers)

Sup guys,
I'm about to blow my load on a set of coilovers, price range... under $1800. What are your recomendations, brand, price, etc. I'm kinda leaning towards H&R coilovers....relatively cheap, but no upper mounts, no damper adjustments. Supposedly good ???
To all that have coilovers, what do you think of your set-up ? and if you could do it all over again which one would you buy??

Thanks,

Steve

Cusco zero-2's are great
there is some shock noise and the rear mounts are not silient
7-5 springs are not a caddilac ride

I love my TEIN Flex's. 16 way dampening adjustment, separate height adj, separate spring rate adj, and if you're into gadgets you just couldn't beat the EDFC. And you could very well get it all for $1,800.

If your looking at H&R's you might as well get Hotbits from MRT. They go for about under $1200. They too dont have top mounts.

Cusco's as mentioned will break your budget, but they are top notch.

Dont forget the STi suspension. Perfectly matched for our cars and the ride is amazing. You could get the whole sedan kit and then some with your budget. Much better going that route then just coilovers. STi sedan kit, top mounts and perhaps even the rear links all for under $1800. But then again who's going to install all that for you

Wink I'm a Tein *****!

Tein! Tein! Tein! Tein! Tein! Tein! Tein!

I like the HA's, ... and the Flex's are nice too!

Cusco Zero2's are sweet too, but a harsher ride than the HA's. Ask 18hr ....

You can get a good deal on the Flex's or HA's from Farid too, so you won't have to worry about shipping nightmares and all that.

I've heard you say taht before. Why the JIC hating? Just curious. I have NO coilovers, and NO brand loyalty.
