Dealer in Sac?

Hey,

I was wondering if there were any dealer's service departments in the Sac area I can trust servicing my car. I don't want to have to drive all the way back to Santa Cruz...

hahahah!!!

Who should I stay away from?

Senator?
Maita?
Roseville?

Does S-squared do regular servicing kind of stuff? BTW it is the 60k.

thanks,

-ryan

I would not take it to any of the dealers around here. I would call S-Squared and have them do the service...

Maita really isn't that bad. I've always had good results with them. Is your car modded?

as for S^2, call em at (916) 631-7440 and talk to Nate, their internet access may still be down at the shop.

edit: some of the items in the 60k service are pretty easy to do. fuel filter is super easy. air filter is a joke to pay for. oil change is an easy DIY or go anywhere other than the dealer, all of them charge too much. spark plugs aren't really even that hard to do if you're very patient and have an experienced person give you a hand.

Not modded enough to worry about getting busted/denied for anything. Does S2 typically do the servicing type of stuff? Or would I be asking them to do something they normally don't do?

Maita is great, if you like a bunch of diry lying sacks of **** to work on your car.

I've had good luck for warranty service with Roseville, but if you're getting 60k type stuff done, call s-squared (916) 731-6440.

Keep your receipt for proof of service if you've got an extended warranty. Other than that you're good to go.

Maita is the best, and that isn't saying much. Stay the hell away from Senator.

S^2 all the way baby.

Didn't they fail to fix your moving seat, which you so easily fixed yourself?

Well, they gave me a hard time about it at first. I tightened a bolt, which fixed it only temporarily. The problem came back, I took the car in and talked the foreman there and they fixed it. Problem solved since then.

This is much better than Maita, who helped Senator lie about the work they did on my car, then tried to make SOA pay for the repairs, then ****ed me for the rental car fees.

Too bad I called SOA, who promptly denied the warranty claim, but I still ended up having to eat the rental car. I should've pushed it harder but I didn't feel like dealing with it anymore.

I took my car to Senator Subaru's body shop when I wrecked it in Sacramento. They did a preety damn good job. As far as servicing your car? I don't know..I usually take mine to Livermore.
