You essentially have 4 choices.

the AVO kit

Forced Air Tech

Finding a used Ludespeed or Vishnu kit, there are some available still

Building your own from scratch.

Those are for turboing your engine of course. An EJ20 swap is always an option, and has the advantage of being legal.

You still have Federal laws to comply with. Engine swaps still have to be newer than the car in all 50 states. You must also have all of the appropriate federal emissions equipment with the engine. Of course, getting caught not doing these things is a lot less likely in some places than others.

I'm all about not getting caught... that's why I have 300+ HP!!

However, I may be stripping the turbo kit off so that I may trade the car in.... I'm thinking GTO or STi...

I don't get it.

Not to highjack or anything, but lostone510 would you be interested in a used Ludespeed kit with 550cc injectors and an MSD DIS-2 Ignition? When you turn it up (11psi without an intercooler and 95octane) it's good for 13.2 in the quarter. Leave it at 5 psi and it's good for 13.9 (92octane).

I haven't stripped it yet and I don't know what I'd ask for price.
Probably around 3k due to the 450 dollar injectors and 450 dollar ignition, low miles and its stainless steel. I'd let it go for less if we swaped out some of your stock stuff.

better yet, lets just swap cars (+ a little $) so we don't have to mess with everything!! I just need something to trade in.

Plus, I'll be in New York in March. I'm moving to upstate.

I was referring to the GTO and STi having absolutely nothing in common past 300+ horsepower is all. Very different cars. (But both are pretty cool in my book.)
