Hid and Day Time Running Lights

I just installed my HID's on my wrx. Love them, don't know if I can switch back. The only problem is the daytime running lights keep turning the HID lights on even when the lights are turned off. I have removed the module that enables day time running light for halogen. So when i run halogens they DRL's are disabled. But now with my HiD's in, they turn on when my brake handle is lowered. Anybody have any solutions??

I'm assuming you only un-plugged in the DRLs in the engine bay. You need to remove the glovebox and unplug the actual DRL module there. There are directions here somewhere, or check out scoobymods.com for directions.
