My new 04 TS which I've had for 3 months now has two dings in one of the doors. I swear if I ever see some twit open their door into my car I'll beat em silly.

Anyway, my question, is how are most Subaru dealers about fixing those? Do they charge a lot? Can I talk them into doing it under warranty?

Neither ding went down to the sheet metal. Still, I'm sooooo mad right now. :mad:

If you have any luck with the dealership, let me know, however a friend of mine has had some problems with the paintwork on his truck and that dealership has made a right mess of it... his conclusion is that clearcoat just can't be re-done piecemeal. :(

Look for a paintless dent repair professional in your area (Dent Doctor, Dent Wizard etc.) They are listed in the yellow pages under Paintless Dent Removal/ Repair, you can also ask in your local area forum for recommendations.
Your dealer may have access to a PDR guy as well but it will probably be cheaper to find one yourself.
There is no need to have the panels repainted just for a few dings.
