1st things first: Please do not tell me to get new tires and rims. I KNOW!
2nd things second: Can anyone tell me a good tire pressure for my STOCK 16" RE-92s? Also, I know somebody asked before, but how about helmets for us n00bs? Can I get a loaner, or do I need to go to Cycle City?

you should be able to get a loaner helmet from the booooooth .....
and tire pressure, yeah, start at 'at least' 40, then move up from there if you want.
Dan, you don't got no re92's :p

40 it is, then. How is this for daily driving? Good? Bad?
One more thing. I was wondering how my old car would run at the Auto-X. Should I bring it out instead of the subbie? See pic:
edit: Pic was HUGE!

When I ran my RE92s I started around 38 and actually ended up letting a little out after the first run. Some people also recommend a little higher in the front? You may want to chalk your tires and see how far up the sidewall they are wearing.
I've learn that everyone has their own preference and it's really what works for you.
The RE92s while not very sticky are actually fun to autoX on. They taught me how to control the car as it starts to slide. Just don't expect stellar times.
Good luck!
