Best place to by camber bolts for WRX
www.tirerack.com sells em. I do not know if they are the cheapest.
Other then that some alignment shops can also "slot" your rear struts. I bet though with only the H&R Springs you may still be within spec for your rear alignment. I was with my whitelines and that was a 1" drop in the rear. If you want a performance alignment of around -1 degree or less, then you'll need some sort of bolt or adj strut top.
