Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

Best exhaust for WRX?

I don't believe that...

you would EVER get a "one-way" result with that type of question. Nice try though, good luck.

Search the web...BPM, Vishnu, GodSpeed, TurboXS, etc. Search i-club. Search nasioc.

well,

as an individual that has been struggling for the past few months, due to lay offs, I have not been able to do anything except learn to drive this powerhouse of a vehicle. To me, the best thing that you could ever do with a car is to learn it's capabilities and capacity. Try http://www.skipbarber.com/, auto-x, and track days for that.

My car, till today, only has a drop in K&N. Not even have I removed the silencer...but I will tell you this, I am sure I can drive it the way it's made to be driven, in stock form. Tell me that C&D didn't like the performance of the car, in stock form, and I may believe everything anyone says. Till then, I will continue my search to fulfill the question that you have asked earlier.

Regardless of my rant, from what I have seen, installation has been an issue for most. If the units are installed correctly, you will have fewer issues with CEL's and the like. Ask people like imprezer, jmott, and other old school pro's about systems that might fit your needs.

Lastly, people find different turbo back systems, there's just too many combo's to list. TurboXS is popular, COBB tuning is popular, and definately Vishnu performance. Shiv seems to use a nice quality that doesn't quite throw you all sorts of crazy power without proper calibrations in mind. Up-pipes/downpipes, bigger turbo's, rims, suspension, brakes, etc. Happy searching.

i.

oh, by the way...

search the For sale classifieds...at least you will find out what companies exist for exhaust systems. Most of the time, people experiment, and finally, they find the right one. Just depends on how deep your pocket it.

SYMS is also a good company. Australian, I believe, but correct me if I am wrong.

peace.

I saw Jim posting in Tech and got all happy. Then I read it and he is still just being a sarcastic ***, even in here.

Keep trying Jim, it is not that hard to C-O-N-T-R-I-B-U-T-E.

I don't believe that...

these replies are really helping this gentleman obtain advice on what he requested. I subscribe to both clubs...I just can't seem to beleive that I have to do that. Nonetheless, I suppose that this thread was supposed to be informative, and I will wait for the person to tell whether he really "learned" anything here.

It's done, move on.

Kick me off, if you wish, but the thread was to help someone look for a "TURBO BACK EXHAUST" not a war.
