I am planning to perform the 120k service on my 95 Legacy with Auto Trans and do the following:

1. timing and other belts
2. spark plugs
3. wires
4. water pump
5. cam and crank seals
6. oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter
7. rear differential oil
8. maybe the struts and coils.
9. upper and lower radiator hoses and antifreeze
10. vacuum hoses

Am I missing anything or is some of the above overkill?

Also, I would appreciate any suggestions on how to make this easier.

Thanks in advance.

You could get away with out replacing the springs

Yes, the springs/coils are kind of optional but I received a recall for rusting springs and the dealer installed shields so that if they break, they do not puncture the tires. I am just thinking that I might replace them if the $ is reasonable.

Yes, I remembered the thermostat this afternoon.

What O ring are you talking about?

Thanks,
