So I just installed my Access Port over the weekend and I totally love what I feel with the Stage 1 map. I'm going to love the Stage 2 even more once I install a turboback exhaust and downpipe, which leads me to my question....
does anyone have an STi with a GREDDY EVO2 or SP2 exhaust installed? I would love to meet up and hear the exhaust and if you are so kind, take a ride in the car to hear it from inside as well. I searched on You Tube and found one or two that I liked, but I'd like to hear it in person before I shell out the $$ to install an exhaust.
Post a video clip if you have a GREDDY turboback exhaust on your STi. Let me know if you'd be willing to meet up and also what kind of downpipe you have as well.
Thanks,
Kelly :-)

EVO 2 is very quiet. I just installed one on my 06 wagon(its even quiet on a wagon). It is even quiet with full catless.
If you are looking for low key mature sound this is your best option, if you want aggresive try another model/brand.
oh yea, I am running a Cobb catted downpipe.
On another note, I found the fitment to not be great. It took alot of re-adjusting and tweaking to make it fit correct. Some of this I assume is caused by the type of downpipe you run.

buy Suby_dude's Greddy SP2. awesome condition and only used for a couple thousand miles. Sounds soooo good and isn't very loud.

Looks like a very clean used exhaust.
I have the SP2, its pretty much the same sound (volume and tone) as the EVO2. I have to say it is one of the quietest exhausts available unless you want to go with some high end jdm exhausts. Here is a vid of my car, I also have headers so the sound isn't as deep but more raspy. My full exhaust is HKS unequal length headers, HKS up pipe, Perrin catted DP, SP2 catback.

I got a catless Evo 2 and it is nice and quiet, even catless. No highway drone but it does sound good. It is probably the quietest exhaust I have heard. Just a tad louder than stock

Greddy exhaust on a 2006 sti
I currently have installed a Perrin catless downpipe and a greddy sp2 and i have to say it sounds quiet for every day, i live in the bay area and have never been hassled for a loud exhaust.
This is a video of my car, hope it helps

I have an Evo2 on my 05 WRX wagon and love it. Nice deep burble, but not too loud at mid/high throttle to attract the po-po. I still have the stock DP, but am looking for a 3" catted one this spring (hit me up if you have one for sale!).
Fitment is OK. It is 100% with long length hangers (KB). I wanted a tighter look so I went with the reg length hangers, but had to dremel a bit of excess steel from the rear arm mount to avoid knocking the pipe over bumps. Now it is bueno and looks sick.
