what is the difference in these heads? do they bolt up? if so, any power gains to be had?

i seem to remember that the 2.5 heads will bolt up and flow better than the 2.2 heads, but this ends up dropping the compression ratio a bit. ideal for a turbo setup but not for keeping your car n/a

can anyone confirm this?
