I have a thread before this explaining my brake set up, but when I go and try to bolt on the caliper I ran in to problems. My brembos came off of an 05 sti it came with two brackets and bolts. The bolts that it came with are two long, I'm having a hard time threading it in since it touches the shock mount bolts. I tryed using my orignal bolts, but they dont thread in and what are the brackets used for. Some one please help me, thanks

 

unbolt the shocks then bolt the calipers in?!?!?!?

 

im not sure, but i believe that you should've gotten the brembos off a 04 sti, instead of an 05 because the 05's got a different suspension setup than the 04 sti's and wrx's.
