It might depend on the dealership, but I thought you could. If I remember the terms correctly, you can earn a maximum of $500 Subaru bucks per year, and the Subaru bucks are good for 5 years. Which means the maximum you can have at any one time is $2500. That'll definitely help with a down payment, but it'll hardly be enough to buy a car with.
