Yo guys, parents just got me a 07' crystal grey impreza 2.5 after i told them i was thinking about a subaru. Now that its too late for me to get a WRX *ha ha* i was thinking of just modding it a bit. Not anything too complex, but my bros giving me a turbo and some impreza chip to start off with =), any suggestions or anything i should do? haha, Hope to see u guys around.

whats up and welcome! What kind of "chip" are you referring to? And what kind of turbo are you getting? There are alot of things you need to research first before you start bolting stuff up, and there are also things that you should put on your car first. Going from NA to turbo is also a pretty big chore. Do yourself a favor...before you go putting anything on your car, RESEARCH! too many before you runined their car by having the engine go boom or wraping it around a tree

the subaru N/A does not do well with turbo. you car is lighter make the most of it. you can do mild mods (intake, exhause ect) that get about 200+ hp, and you can make it handel and stop like a mo fo

also how many years have you deen driving high hp + low experance = bad things

yea ive been driving it for a while now haha, and yea im not just gonna pop inna turbo and ****like that. Ill do some research on the minor mods first. What kind of exhaust/intake should i start looking at?
