help on turbo 2.5rs

Just got a 2006 2.5RS Wagon, thing is gutless compared to my old WRX obviously, does anyone know a website/shop in socal that offers a turbo kit for a N/A 2.5 block? Anything will help. Thanks. I cannot find any good websites for this. Admin, please don't delete my thread, I've posted before and it was deleted for no reason I could see? Thank you.

There wasn't a thread posted by you that was deleted, I don't know what happened to it. As for your turbo, last time I looked your options were pretty limited. Read the sticky about turboing a 2.5 for a lot of very useful background info.

Exclamation Here is where to go to get a turbo.

GO to xcceleration.com they have a turbo kit that bolts on to any 2.5rs and they also have lots of mods you can do to your engine aswell as your car..

Why are you recommending people buy turbo kits that you yourself don't even think are good? xcceleration's RS turbo kits are very underdeveloped, have no EM, and the stage 2+ kits are ridiculously overpriced.

The sad yet true fact about turbocharging non turbo cars is its impractical. I had the same problem with my 944 that i wanted badly to drop a turbo in. I had to take my loss and get rid of it for the already turbo'd wrx. With all the engine work, clutch, new ecs, ect...your lookin at more money than if you just sell your car for a wrx.

My Bad

I told you to get a turbo kit from xcceleration.com, but I called them and they told me they wouldn't recommend putting a their turbo kit on my car, and that it would make my engine go crazy. So im saving up my money I was going to use for a turbo and buying a wrx
