quick warranty questions!!?! Extension prices??

So, how much should I expect to pay for factory extension? Is it worth it? Should I extend to 70k? After driving to my parents house, I am at 35900, and I need to decide before I drive back home today at 10am. lol...

So, what should I do? eeep

If you're going to mod the car, the extended warranty isn't worth it. Most stuff that breaks you can pretty cheaply replace with better parts by poking around in the classifieds forums. If your turbo goes, the dealer wants like $900 to get you a new one and install, you can find a used stock turbo usually pretty cheap. Or you can just buy a bigger turbo and start upgrading

Well, I went ahead and purchased it. I can always kill it and get the prorated refund...so not too big of a deal. I figure if I keep it on there for a couple of months, just to see how the car initially holds up. Make sure its not a lemon, and then kill the warranty...and start modding. :-P

That's what I did with my wheels/tires.

Even though I'm not planning on modding, I decided against the warranty. How often do cars these days need major repairs before 100k.
