Just wondering if you guys knew which cylinders were which.
I know that #3 is passanger side rear.
Can anyone tell me which one is #1?
BTW, I'm trying to fix a P0301 CEL

thats misfire code right? hmm, iirc, #1 should be passenger front...
Thanks for the info!
I just checked the local shops and no one carries the coilpacks, ugh!
My car runs like sh*t!

why do you think that you have to replace the coil packs? why don't you just replace the spark plugs or check the connection to the coil packs to see if they are loose or not connected at all.
our coil packs rarely fail

I've changed out the sparkplug, checked the connections and still no improvement.
I'm hoping that it would be the coilpack and not a gasket or worse.
Could it be anything else?
TIA!

do you have engine management? i had a utec and it caused me to misfire in cylinder 1,3, and 4.. it was due to a bad utec..maybe your em if any?
Okay possible EM...
If I have a rotary switch to change programs on the fly and if I were to change the switch to the off the position without taking the UTEC out of the car, would it still affect EM and throw a P0301 code?
I've been trying to change the programs several times, however, no changes.
