House Votes to Extend Patriot Act

Do you honestly think that those democrats would have voted for it had there not been another attack in London today? Wow... fuel for conspiracy theories!!!
Clarification: This is in regard to the FAILED attack, and is not to be confused with the first attack in which many innocent civilians lost their lives. Apparently, some people reading this may be helladumb.

The title of this thread and the User name are sooo dead on!
Patriot Act aside, NO ONE should ever be thankful of Terrorist attacks.
Please be considerate of those that were killed and there families. Much of my family resides in Lodon and uses the transit system there. Needless to say, I have lost much sleep lately over the attacks.
TIA!

^^To be fair to helladumb, I do believe he was being somewhat sarcastic in this thread. I'm sure noone in this forum actually thinks any terror attack is good. If you hang out in this forum for some time you'll get to understand Helladumb's sense of humor and when he's being hyperbolus.
I hope your family avoids any danger in London.
