Another WTF moment brought to you by bpang1
OK so I was noticing a clunking noise in my right front area of my suspension.
It was reminiscent of when my front sway used to clunk before it settled in.
Had to do some other stuff today like change my coolant and change my DP to MP gasket so didn't really think about it until I crawled out from under my car from doing the gasket.
I turned over looked straight and saw that I was MISSING A LUGNUT! Damn you lugnut where did you go? Finished up all my other stuff and had a friend drive me to Checker's and bought some junkie lugnuts that I am thinking aren't exactly right for my application....basically, it's longer than the others muahahahahaha!
Does anyone have their lugnuts from their stock WRX rims and willing to "Hook me up like a tow truck?"
I'll give you a wristlet
...tightened the other ones too!

(Brain Fart) The lugnut is the little cap about an inch tall that you screw onto the bolts to hold the rim on the car right? If so, I've got about 20 WRX ones...you like some Blake?!

Yeah, it's as loud as a TurboXS RFL but I guess from the vents in the horn it sounds like a photon torpedo. It's pending sale though. Someone's interested in it.

A MISSING LUGNUT WILL NOT CAUSE CLUNKING OF THE SUSPENSION!
did you check to see if the other lugnuts were loose?
if the rest of the lugnuts are loose then your wheel will (could) have play if you shake it (after it's jacked up of course). This could be the clunking and could also be causing massive amount of damage to your wheel hubs...etc. if this is what's happening.
if you're getting a clunking nose it could be a number of things.
