Hello,
I've been digging around in the website trying to decide what kind of hitch to get. I have an '04 WRX Wagon. My inclination is to simply get the one sold by Subaru, but the pictures on the web-site make it appear that it juts out from the bumper even with the ball-reciever removed. I don't know if that is the case, it just sort of looks like it does in the web-pictures.
So, my questioins are:
1. Is a hitch, a hitch? All Class "1" hitches should pefrom the same, correct?
2. Why did you choose the hitch you choose?
3. I intened to pull a U-Haul trailer soon and then following that will primarily use the hitch for a bicycle rack. In the future I hope to pull a motorcycle trailer. I'm also interested in this "tire-tail" device mentioined in a seperate thread. Anything I should consider with all these different uses?
4. Whichever hitch I pick, I would like it to tuck-up under the bumper well when the ball is removed.
5. My exhaust is stock, but would like to reserve the option of upgrading my exhaust in the future.
6. I intend to simply leave the hitch on and not remove it when not in use.
Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.
